Shipping and Delivery
Standard Shipping Rates
- FREE SHIPPING for orders at least ₱3,000.00 within the Philippines.
- Php 100.00 for orders less than ₱3,000.00 within Metro Manila.
- Php 200.00 for orders less than ₱3,000 outside Metro Manila.
Standard Order Processing Times
Orders placed before our pick up cut-off time of 9am (Philippine time) will be picked up by the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be picked up on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be picked up on the next business day.
Standard Delivery Lead Time
- 2 to 3 business days after pick up for orders to be delivered within Metro Manila
- 3 to 5 business days after pick up for orders to be delivered within Luzon
- 5 to 8 business days after pick up for orders to be delivered within Visayas
- 5 to 9 business days after pick up for orders to be delivered within Mindanao

Same Day & Next Day Delivery
You can avail of same-day and/or next-day deliveries for Metro Manila (Mondays to Saturdays only).
After ordering, we'll send you an email and/or text message once your package ships. The tracking number keeps you updated on the status of your delivery.

Once the item has been shipped, we will no longer be responsible for the delay of the delivery. Please allow more time for delivery during the holidays.
Can I change my order details after payment?

Can I cancel my order?
