Returns & Exchanges

How do I know if my order is qualified for a return or exchange?

In case you have received an item with the following conditions, you can request for a return or exchange.

  1. Broken or missing stitches/embroidery
  2. Defective buttons and zippers
  3. Untrimmed threads/excess fabrics
  4. Cutting issues, open seams, faulty patterns, and incorrect sizing
  5. Damaged and/or stained fabrics


Items delivered correctly but due to change of mind or size, the customer has to shoulder the return shipping (rates may depend on the customer’s location).

SALE items are not eligible for replacement unless the item has the following conditions stated above.

Item(s) purchased at may be returned for a refund by shipping the item(s) to our head office after receiving confirmation from us or may be exchanged at any KARIMADON boutique.

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached.


Time Limits for Returns/Exchanges

Within 7 days from the date you receive the item(s): you can exchange the item(s) or receive a refund to the original method of payment.

In-store Exchanges

Bring the unworn and undamaged item(s) within the time limit and with the receipt to any KARIMADON boutique.

You may exchange the item(s) for another item(s) that cost the same or more than the item(s) to be exchanged.

Items bought at our partner Department Stores would follow the return/exchange policy of the respective department stores. 


Mailed Returns

You may return the item(s) via mail to our office upon receiving confirmation from us.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment with shipping and returns fees deducted.

Any refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days upon receipt of the item by us.


Quality Control

All returned or exchanged item(s) shall be subject to quality control and assessment to confirm its condition. KARIMADON reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
