Time Limits for Returns/Exchanges

Within 7 days from the date you receive the item(s): you can exchange the item(s) or receive a refund to the original method of payment.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment with shipping fees deducted (if applicable).

Cash Payment In-Store – if refund is to be processed in the same store that purchase was made, your cash will be returned to you upon inspection of item. If refund is processed in a different store, please provide preferred bank account and our office will process your refund.

Credit or Debit Card Payment In-Store – we will request for a refund from the bank upon inspection of the item. Processing lead time would depend on the bank’s standard lead times.

Cash On Delivery – we will credit back your cash to your preferred bank account after inspection of the items.

Online Payment via PayMongo – your refund will be processed online via PayMongo.

Any refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days upon receipt of the item by us.


Items delivered correctly but due to change of mind or size, the customer has to shoulder the return shipping (rates may depend on the customer’s location).

SALE items are generally not eligible for refund. If you have any concerns, kindly email us at and we will try our best to assist you.

Item(s) purchased at may be returned for a refund by shipping the item(s) to our head office after receiving confirmation from us or may be exchanged at any KARIMADON boutique.

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Items that have been altered and adjusted are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return/exchange can only be done once per transaction. 

Earrings, inner wear, and other similar items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic purposes.

In-store Exchanges

Bring the unworn and undamaged item(s) within the time limit and with the receipt to any KARIMADON boutique.

You may exchange the item(s) for another item(s) that cost the same or more than the item(s) to be exchanged.

Items bought at our partner Department Stores would follow the return/exchange policy of the respective department stores. 

Mailed Returns

You may mail us the item(s) for return and/or exchange via shipping to our office upon receiving confirmation from us.

Quality Control

All returned or exchanged item(s) shall be subject to quality control and assessment to confirm its condition.

KARIMADON reserves the right to deny any request for return or exchange pursuant to RA7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), as well as other issuances by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
